Kilograph Names New Branding Director; Expands Creative Offerings for Real Estate Development Clients

Australian Polymath to Head Internal Division Devoted to Building Firm and Property Brands

LOS ANGELES, Calif. June 11, 2018 – Today it was announced that Kilograph, one of Los Angeles’ leading visual communications and VR/AR technology studios, has appointed Denzil Maher as its new branding director. Maher will lead all branding, strategy and interactive work for Kilograph’s clients, a growing list that comprises everything from Fortune 500 companies to the leading firms in architecture and commercial real estate (CRE).

Maher brings over a decade of multi-disciplinary design experience to Kilograph, including wide-ranging abilities in animation, advertising and branding. Since striking out on his own, he has built up an impressive portfolio of international clients, including Imaginary Forces, Landor, Saatchi & Saatchi and INK. Now in LA, Maher brings a new perspective to Kilograph’s architectural projects, cultivated over years of helping development firms produce unique identities for townhouses and towers.

“Denzil’s creative intuition is a perfect match for for the next generation of CRE developments where a bespoke, head-turning identity is a requirement," said Keely Colcleugh, founder and CEO of Kilograph. "His proven track record and keen understanding of real estate branding will make him a valuable asset to our clients."

“When you care about visual storytelling like Kilograph does, clients are set up for success right from the start,” said Maher. “The marketplace is changing, but the ideas behind a good brand are not. I look forward to helping our clients navigate these waters using the latest technologies, so they can make the most of the stories they want to tell.”
